Starting February 14, 2024
It’s time to get even more from what TELIA has to offer – this time, a single login for all services. From February 14, you will be able to log in to the EŽYS app and self-service using your TELIA account.
One account – many benefits
One account for all your EŽYS numbers! Easily and quickly manage all your EŽYS numbers in one place.
Easy to return. Even if you stop using EŽYS for a while and later purchase a new number, you can continue using your existing account – just add the new EŽYS number.
More convenient login options. Logging in with a TELIA account offers not only the usual password login but also access via e-banking, "Smart-ID" and "Mobile-ID."
One login for all TELIA services. If you use "Telia Play," "My Telia," "Smart Control," or other TELIA apps, you can switch between them with the same account.
Safer. A TELIA account ensures security with two-factor authentication (2FA).
More transparency. EŽYS and TELIA are socially responsible brands that support the state and society’s efforts to bring more transparency to the prepaid mobile services market and prevent crimes committed using mobile networks. Under a new law, starting in early 2025, all new prepaid service users will need to verify their identity before using mobile services. While this is not mandatory until 2025, logging in with a TELIA account will simplify identity verification in the future.
